Any data you enter into our tools is not collected, stored, or retained by policytools.dev or its developers. The tools are designed to process information in real-time, and once the session ends, that data is gone.

We do not maintain databases of user inputs, outputs, or generated content. There is no persistent storage of the specific data you enter while using any of our tools.

We do not share your data with third parties. The information you enter into our tools is not transmitted to external analytics providers, advertisers, data brokers, or any other outside organisations for their purposes.

Where our tools integrate with third-party services (such as AI models for processing), data is passed solely for the purpose of generating the requested output and is not retained by those third parties for training, profiling, or marketing purposes.

We do not track, log, or monitor the specific inputs you provide to our tools. Your queries, documents, and data remain private to your session.

Standard server logs may record generic request metadata (such as timestamps and IP addresses) for security and performance purposes only — never the content of your tool usage.

All tool outputs are generated and delivered within your active browser session. We do not save generated reports, documents, or results on our servers. If you need to keep an output, you must download or copy it during your session.

The only data we retain is the minimum required to operate your account: email address, subscription status, and authentication credentials managed by our secure identity provider. This account data is never linked to the content you enter into our tools.
