Acturis Entry Copilot.
A data entry assistant for brokers who work in Acturis. Upload a schedule, quotation or renewal invitation, check the extracted fields, then let a browser helper type the approved values into your own Acturis session. It never saves, submits, binds or amends anything — you stay in control of every screen.
1. Upload the document
A risk schedule, quotation, renewal invitation, statement of fact or proposal form — PDF, Word, Excel or a photo of a scan. Scanned documents are read with text recognition.
2. We read the insurance data
Client and risk details, sums insured, excesses, cover periods, endorsements and vehicle or property lines are pulled out of the document into a structured list.
3. You check every field
Each value sits next to where it came from in the original document, so you can correct it before anything moves. Anything the computer could not read with confidence is flagged for a second look.
4. The helper types it into Acturis
A small browser helper, running inside the Acturis session you have already signed into, fills the approved fields on the screen in front of you. You review the screen and you press save.
Why we are building it
Acturis is where the placement actually gets recorded — but getting the data there means re-keying from broker documents that already contain it. A motor fleet schedule, a commercial combined statement of fact, a renewal invitation with forty lines: someone reads it line by line and types it into the right screens, field by field. That is hours of careful, repetitive work where a single mistyped sum insured or transposed period of cover follows the file all the way to renewal.
The Acturis Entry Copilot is designed to take the reading and the typing out of that loop, without ever taking the decisions away from you. The document is read once, you confirm what it says, and the typing happens in seconds — on the screen you already have open.
What it will and will not do
What it will do
- Read schedules, quotations, renewal invitations, statements of fact and proposal forms.
- Show every extracted field next to its source in the document for you to check.
- Type approved values into the Acturis screen you have open, field by field.
- Stop and flag anything unclear, unusual or clashing with what is already typed.
- Keep a log of every document, correction and typed field.
What it will never do
- Save, submit, bind, amend or cancel anything in Acturis.
- Ask for your Acturis login, or sign in for you.
- Type over anything you or a colleague have already entered.
- Send your client documents anywhere outside your own account.
- Run without you pressing Start on each entry session.
How your data is handled
- We never ask for, store or use your Acturis username or password.
- The helper works only inside a session you have already signed into, and only when you press Start.
- It types into fields and stops. It never clicks Save, Submit, Bind, Amend or Cancel.
- Anything already typed into a field is left alone and flagged to you as a clash.
- Every upload, correction and typed field is recorded in your activity log.
